This is the Directors & Staff Group and it is a private group only available to the Board & Staff of our organization. This Group contains vital strategic information, and knowledge-sharing opportunities to allow the Board of Directors to: 

• Build our internal expertise and operational excellence and then, capture our process knowledge about what works well
• Coordinate across all the projects we do, the better to collaborate with and inform each other
• Share and carefully consider each others' emerging ideas related to strategic issues and organization growth
• Quickly find information which is of strategic importance to our planning and decision making regarding our organizations functions and growth.
• Hold each other accountable for continued progress on our good intentions and plans 

Meeting materials will be prepared and delivered sufficiently ahead of meetings so that directors can read and absorb them, so you can come to the meeting ready to discuss the action that needs to be taken.
